1. Are all bags handmade?

Yes. Every bag is made with careful hands, patience, and attention to detail. From the first cut to the final stitch, each piece is checked closely before it leaves my workshop.

2. What materials do you use?

I work with a small selection of quality materials, including Classic Leather and premium vegan leather made from upcycled plant-based materials. I choose each material for its feel, strength, and ability to become part of someone’s everyday life.

3. Are the bags limited edition?

Yes. I make my bags in small batches, so each design is only available in limited quantities. Once a style sells out, it may not return.

4. Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, I am no longer accepting custom or made-to-order requests as I prepare to close Nonna’s Boutique. You are welcome to browse the final collection while it is still available.

5. How do I care for my bag?

For Classic Leather bags, keep them away from too much moisture, heat, and direct sunlight, and gently wipe them with a soft dry cloth. For premium vegan leather bags, a soft cloth and mild care are usually enough to keep them looking beautiful. You can read the full care guides for more detailed instructions.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, orders are shipped within the U.S. only. If this changes, I will update this section.

7. What are your shipping times?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way.

8. What is your return policy?

Because the final pieces are handmade and available in limited quantities, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

9. Can I still shop after the closing announcement?

Yes, but only while the final pieces are still available. Nonna’s Boutique is closing, so once these bags are gone, they will not be restocked.
